§ 7.4. Optional cost-sharing.

Without regard to the limitations provided in Article 10 of Chapter 160A of the General Statutes or in any other provision of law, the Council acting for the City may assume such proportion of the total cost of local improvements, including street improvements, sidewalk improvements, curb and gutter improvements, or water and sewer improvements, or any one or more of them, as the Council may, from time to time, deem appropriate.
