§ 6-151. Appeal.

  • An appeal to the housing board of appeals may be taken from any decision or order of the inspector by any person aggrieved thereby or by any officer, board or commission of the city. Any appeal from the inspector to the board shall be taken within ten days as prescribed by the rules of the housing board of appeals, and shall be taken by filing with the inspector and with the secretary of the commission a notice of appeal which shall specify the grounds upon which the appeal is based. Upon the filing of notice of appeal, the inspector shall forthwith transmit to the board all papers constituting the record upon which the decision appealed from was made.
