§ 6-102. Notice of requirement.

A notice of this article's requirements shall be given to each person to whom a building permit is issued by the inspection department of the city. However, failure to provide such requirements or notice to a permit applicant shall not excuse the applicant or prevent the holder from complying with the provisions set forth in this article.
