§ 34-96. Speed limit.

A vehicle may be operated on any street of the city, designated elsewhere in this article as a business section, at a rate of speed not exceeding 20 miles per hour; provided, however, that at no time shall the speed be greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing. The speed limit in residential sections shall be 35 miles per hour.
