§ 2-33. Regular and special meetings.

There shall be a regular meeting of the council on the first Monday of each month. A special meeting may be called at any time in accordance with G.S. 160A-71. The mayor shall preside at all meetings and when there is a tie vote upon any question, he shall decide the matter by the vote, but he shall not vote under any other circumstances.
