§ 2-32. Organizational meeting.

After the mayor and councilmembers are qualified, there shall be held in the council chamber, or other suitable place, a meeting of the council presided over by the mayor and it shall be known as the first regular meeting of the council after such election. The meeting shall be under the same rules and regulations as provided in this article.
