§ 28-127. Interference with vehicular travel.

No pedestrian shall be permitted to take a stand on the motor vehicular portion of any street in the city either temporarily or in crossing, and in crossing the street all pedestrians shall keep in motion so as not to interfere with vehicular travel thereon.
