§ 28-126. Obstruction of streets.

  • No person, whether acting as a picket or a spectator, shall assemble and loiter upon the streets, sidewalks or crossings in sufficient manner or in such numbers as to obstruct the streets, sidewalks or crossings or to the annoyance of persons engaging in legitimate business or in other lawful use of the streets, sidewalks or crossings.
