§ 28-86. Trains not to obstruct street.

Latest version.

No train of cars, freight or passenger engine, or tender, shall stand for a longer time than five consecutive minutes on the track so as to obstruct any street in the city. No person shall leave any crane or handcar so as to obstruct any street, sidewalk or public passway in the city.
