§ 28-84. Prohibiting the placing of grass and shrubbery clippings on streets.

No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited, placed or in any manner leave grass and/or shrubbery trimmings and/or clippings on the streets, sidewalks or curb and gutter or ditch portions of any street within the corporate limits of the city, unless such clippings or trimmings shall be placed in bags or other disposable containers suitable for disposal with regular trash pickup.
