§ 28-12. Traffic and directional signs.

The provisions of section 28-11 shall not apply to permanent traffic and/or directional signs and shall not apply to temporary traffic and/or directional signs. All such traffic and/or directional signs must be placed with the permission of the city clerk and all temporary directional signs must be removed, by the person, persons or organizations which erected them, within 48 hours after the close of the event for which they were erected.
