The executive committee of the recreation and parks commission shall consist of the
chair, vice-chair, secretary, recreation director and a representative from the governing
body of the unit. The commission chair is authorized to appoint such committees as,
in the opinion of the commission, are needed. Standing committee suggestions are programs
and activities, areas and structures, the budget, personnel and policies and procedures.
Temporary and project committees shall be appointed as needed.
