There shall be a chair, vice-chair and secretary of the recreation and parks commission.
An annual election of the chair and vice-chair shall be held by the commission members
and shall occur at the regular monthly meeting in June. Officers shall serve for one
year from election with eligibility for reelection. New officers shall take office
at the subsequent regular meeting in July. In the event an officer's appointment to
the commission is terminated, a replacement to this office shall be elected by the
commission, from its membership, at the meeting following the termination.
