§ 22-12.5. Implementation requirements.

(a)

The city shall post signs that meet all the requirements in section 22-12.6 of this article.

(b)

The city shall remove all ashtrays and other smoking receptacles from city buildings and grounds.

(c)

City employees shall make every effort to ensure compliance with this policy, including contacting law enforcement personnel if necessary.
