§ 10-27. Control of work.

(a)

Work done by city. All grading, landscape work and improvement of any kind; shall be made by the city.

(b)

Improvements. All improvements or alterations of lots or graves in the cemetery shall be under the direction of, and subject to, the consent, satisfaction and approval of the management; should same be made without written consent, the city shall have the right to remove, alter or change such improvements or alterations at the expense of the grave owner, or in any event, at any time, when, in management's judgment, they become unsightly.
